There are several ways to help fund our tagging program. This page provides the options to make tax-deductible contributions to the Beyond Our Shores Foundation (EIN 82-139-2155), a 501(c)(3) formed to manage and expand the Dolphinfish Research Program. Additionally, the Dolphinfish Research Program, an S-Corporation, has an online shop where proceeds from sales help expand tagging kit distribution and our recapture and tag awards program. At the bottom of this page there are several different Dolphinfish Research Program products, including tagging kits, that can be purchased. Please contact us for information on how to become a corporate sponsor.
The Beyond Our Shores Foundation, the Official 501(c)(3) of the Dolphinfish Research Program (DRP), was formed in May 2017 to receive donations in support of the DRP.
The Beyond Our Shores Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and was formed specifically to receive donations in support of the Dolphinfish Research Program.
